Eligibility Criteria

At least one of the memberships being taken up must be a new membership.
A new member is defined as someone who has not held an active Logan Leisure Centres membership within the past 3 months.
Offer applies to 6-month upfront memberships only.
Concession discounts (20%) do not apply to this promotion.
Membership suspensions are not available under this offer.

Health Assessment Inclusions

45-minute consultation
Valued at $165.00
Provided at no cost to eligible new members joining between 15–30 June 2026
Conducted by a qualified Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian

Participant Requirements

Members must be 16 years or older to participate in the health assessment.

Usage Limitations

Limited to one (1) assessment per new member
Non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer

Attendance Policy

Late arrivals or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the assessment

Participation in the health assessment is voluntary; members should consult their healthcare provider if unsure about their readiness for physical activity
