Welcome to our FAQ page! We have gathered the questions we most commonly receive to help our services. If you have a question that is not addressed here, do not hesitate to get in touch. We are always happy to help.

ONLINEPORTAL

  1. Go to the set your password page on the online portal.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Logan Leisure Centres account and click submit.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a password for your account.
  4. If you do not receive an email, first check you spam and junk.  If you still don’t receive an email, please contact us to check the email address associated with your account.

  2. Select ‘Account‘ and choose ‘Edit Profile’.
  3. Edit details as required.
  4. Select ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.

  1. Visit our website and simply click on the ‘Log In‘ button to get started.
  2. Once logged in, provide your email and password to access your account.
  3. Upon logging in successfully, navigate to the bottom of the page and locate the ‘Book‘ icon.
  4. Choose your desired class date, then hit ‘Book Now‘ to proceed. Available slots will then be displayed for your convenience.

If your plans change, you have the flexibility to cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the class begins.

Remember to scan your membership card upon arrival to confirm attendance. Failure to do so will result in your booking being marked as cancelled. Please note – you’re allowed only two instances of this before being temporarily restricted from booking classes for a 2-week cooling-off period.

Yes, our pools are regularly maintained and chlorinated to ensure safety.

Proper athletic wear is required, including closed-toe athletic shoes.
