Led by an esteemed Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Logan Metro only), these Move More group exercise sessions offer a haven of gentle, low-to-moderate physical activities. Crafted with precision, the program aims to empower participants by fostering a proactive approach to preventing and managing chronic diseases and injuries.

Each session involves aerobic, strength training, coordination and flexibility exercises as well as balance training.

Welcome to Allied Health Lung Power Classes, where we are dedicated to empowering individuals with chronic respiratory and cardiovascular conditions to enhance their quality of life through specialized exercise and education. Our comprehensive program is tailored to address a range of health concerns, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis, heart conditions, asthma, chronic asthma, and those who have recently been discharged from cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.

Living with conditions that affect your lung and heart health can pose significant challenges, but our expert team of healthcare professionals is here to guide you every step of the way. Our Lung Power Classes provide a supportive and motivating environment, where participants can learn effective breathing techniques, engage in appropriate exercises, and gain valuable insights into managing their conditions.
